Exercises for Core Stability
Will Make a Body Strong

Swimmer Plank

- Lay face down with arms and legs fully extended

- Hold med ball in your hands

- Simultaneously lift your arms and legs off the ground

Tips: You should feel the burn in your lower back.

Marching Plank

- Get into a push up position with both hands on med ball

- Alternate lifting your left and right foot like your marching in place
