Keep Yourself Strong and Balanced With These Great Leg Muscle Building Moves
Lunge Cross Over
1- Feet seperated in front and behind you about 4 feet apart
2- Ball help above head
3- Lower into lunge position, bring ball past the opposite knee
4- Use your lower half to push back to starting position
Tips: When in the lunge position, your front leg should make a 90 degree angle
Squat 1
1- Feet shoulder width apart
2- Lower body to squat postion, extending arms like chest pass
3- With weight on heels, push with lower body to first position
Squat 2
1- Feet shoulder width apart
2- Ball held behind head
3- Lower body into squat position
4- Push heels into floor to return to starting position
Squat Throw
1- Feet shoulder width apart
2- Ball held underneath chin
3- Lower body into squat position
4- Explode back to start position, throuwing the ball no more than a foot above your head
5- Catch the ball immediately going into the next rep
